Our prices are for the villa per week (NOT per person). Maximum occupancy is six people. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. Full payment is required for bookings made less than 8 weeks before the arrival date.

Bookings usually will be accepted from Tuesday to Tuesday to align with UK flights into Chania airport. However, do please contact us to discuss alternative travel days. Easyjet now fly into Chania from 23 May to 27 October on Tuesdays , Wednesdays and Sundays.
A welcome pack including a bottle of estate organic olive oil is included free of charge and a comprehensive information pack is also provided.
The villa is not suitable for children under the age of two as pool is not gated.
